Mabel Lee MD, FACOG

HRC Fertility Pasadena is proud to welcome Mabel Lee, MD, FACOG to our group of award winning physicians.

Dr. Mabel Lee is a Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility specialist who is board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Lee’s patient philosophy emphasizes personalized, holistic, and evidence-based care. She believes in building strong relationships of mutual trust and respect through clear and thorough communication and compassion. She is committed to empowering each individual patient as they navigate through their fertility journey.

Dr. Lee grew up in southern California and received her Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from New York University (NYU). She went on to complete her medical degree at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio. She then completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center. Finally, she returned to the west coast to complete her fellowship training in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).

Dr. Lee has won many awards throughout her training including the Scholarship in Teaching Award and the Ova-Achiever Medical Student Teaching Award, which reflects her passion for teaching medical students, residents, and fellows. During her residency training, she was selected to serve as the Executive Chief Resident. She was also awarded the PCRS Physician Scholarship by the Pacific Coast Reproductive Society (PCRS).

Throughout her career, Dr. Lee has been very active in research. She has been invited to present her research at numerous national conferences and has been published in multiple scientific journals. Her research interests include pre-implantation genetic testing (PGT), improvement in access to care, fertility preservation, onco-fertility, and long-term outcomes of ART.

Beyond her medical profession, Dr. Lee has cultivated over a decade of training in both dance and piano. In her leisure time, she is an avid reader, and she enjoys live performances of the performing arts, rock climbing, football, travel and curating her vinyl collection.
