Dr. Natalia C. Llarena is a Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility specialist and OBGYN with HRC Fertility. Her clinical and research interests include assisted reproduction, ovarian aging, endometriosis, and reproductive surgery.
She received her undergraduate degree in 2010 from Stanford University followed by her medical degree at the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. She completed residency and fellowship at the world-renowned Cleveland Clinic. In addition, Dr. Llarena was appointed by the Case Western Reserve School of Medicine for the mentorship and teaching of medical students. Dr. Llarena has utilized her passion for teaching as a lab course instructor for medical students undergoing anatomy education as well as instructing students on surgical skills and techniques. She has also designed and taught a 10-week course to undergraduate students about biological, social and political issues related to HIV/AIDS.
In addition to patient care and teaching, she is active in reproductive research having authored more than two dozen articles and book chapters in peer-reviewed publications. She is also a board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr Llarena is a member of the Society for Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility, American Society for Reproductive Medicine, and the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists.
